If you open the windows of your horribly hot apt. you'll be sick from all the diesel exhaust of the post office trucks, which NEVER stop! The noise is unbelievable! So is the stench.
The building has constant plumbing problems and probable mold. Carpets too, will make you sick.
Don't expect help from Bowen Property Mgmnt! Expect lots of stress!
