Anyone who gives this place a perfect rating did not live here. There are many problems with this building. For example, this apartment is low income houseing and people who live here can not be trusted. Also, elderly live here. However, this is cheap housing in the downtown area. It was built in '97 and the price of living in this area cannot be beat. Also, it is next to the trolly, so that is nice. In sumation, not a good community enviornment. I would suggest living here for a short period of time.

Your review is outrageous in the context that if "you"-(YOU!) have not been
happy in a situation "no one else can be?". Low income/ income restricted
means that people have to work very hard for thier money and have to live
within a small budget. Yes, there are elderly living here, we have a broad
spectrum of tenants here. That is one of the reasons we are such a great place to live.I believe that people find what they seek and in your case, you will be unhappy wherever you live. We here at Pearl Court will continue to enjoy our wonderful community.

To the person who responded - "wonderful community"?! Are you FU**ING KIDDING ME?! You must be one of the blind people that mill about running into people... or one of the drunk bum looking types... or one of the meth heads... or one of the drunk 20 year old lovers screaming all night long... or one of the white trash idiots that sit there and smoke in the halls like other people do not live here... or one of the dope dealers with all their shady buyers coming in and out all night long... or one of the "security guards" that do NOTHING but bug the living hell out of the people that live here like they are SS straight out of ---- germany...

I've lived in MANY places, some bad, some good, this place... is just AWFUL. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! ANYONE!!!! I am not some bitter retard that got evicted either. This is SERIOUS. This place is very bad for ones health.

Not all residents are blind people that mill about running into people, drunk bums, meth heads, drunk 20 year old lovers screaming all night long or white trash idiots that sit and smoke in the halls like other people do not live here. I'm not, but the majority do fit into one of those categories. If you can deal with that, I just lock my door and avoid eye contact, you have access to public transportation and lots of stores and restaurants within a block or two. Apartment = A Location = A Noise = F Residents = F-

It is naive of you to think that "low income" necessarily means "hard working." Many of the residents here do not work hard for their money. They receive government assistance in the form of social security, disability, unemployment and food stamps. In an ideal world low income housing would be a "good start" or a "second chance" place to live. Unfortunately, this good opportunity to improve one's life has been abused and neglected by the lazy, uneducated, addicted and truly troubled. Of course, not everyone here fits the bill, but the bad ruin it for the good every time.
