We really enjoy living here and have appreciated the happy apartment community that my daughter was raised in. The management that we have presently(and for about a year) have been wonderful for Pearl Court. I agree that we had a serious problem with past management but that was a long time ago. Between the management and the staff we enjoy a very clean, safe, interactive and happy community to live in. Besides the positive facts of our building we have the priviledge to live in the Pearl District which is an eclectic community. There is something for everyone, of any age, from shopping, to galleries, restasurants, grocery stores, medical care, on the spot transportation, and it is a very safe. **I had recently posted a review and tried to add a photograph to that review...but it deleted my review, which is the reason for this second review. FFor some reason the photograph will take 1-2 days to post.

I agree, the pearl is a wonderful place... and the pearl court is as close to homeless as you can get while living there. Are there still shopping carts full of bottles/clothing/porn in the bike room? How about the bedbugs?

My corrider, which includes access to the bike room has consistently had the same tenants for several years. The bedbug comment is a shallow "implication" and I know no one that has them. Tenancy at Pearl Court is optional. I am the writer of "Beautiful court yard".
