Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 
You do get what you pay for.
The apartments are so little and the walls are very thin.
The neighbors are either nutz, or on something or antisocial.
The common stink of overpowering air freshener.
The manager is nice. But, the front desk people rarely know what to do about anything.

But, at the price. And if you make under the amount that you have to, it might be worth it.
