Not a good place to live, DO NOT MOVE TO PIER PARK PLEASE!!!!! IT SUCKS

Years at this apartment: 1998-01-01 - 1999-01-01
I moved into Pier Park about 6 months after they were built.
It was wonderful.
The manager was nice the property was clean.
Nothing needed to be fixed because it was new.
It was quiet.
Well the manager went elsewhere and that is when hell opened its gates on Pier Park.
The new manager was a tired old hag and she rented to anyone.
The property went down after that, it got noisy, the grounds were unkept.
I had to yell out my window for people not to sit on my car.
A guy opened a machanic shop in one of the garages.
It was horrible.
So now I see nothing has changed.
If you are planning on moving there PLEASE DON'T.
And to top it off it is in BFE too far from everything.
