I have lived here since they were built in 1997. When I first moved here it was great. Then the manager moved on and another one came in and it went down hill. That new manager was only here for about 5 months when she left and her assistant manager took over. I will admit that at first I was questioning how she was going to do, but then I started to see the people that I had been complaining about move away and be evicted. Pier Park has come a long way. You see kids playing outside and family's moving in. The grounds are beautiful again and they have made it reserved parking for the residents with much more guest parking. The maintenance man is great. He let me know the day I put in a work order that he had to order parts for my dishwasher and that they would be here the next day. The next day came and what do you know he actually showed up and fixed my problem. Pier Park is not perfect, but the management that is here is definately trying to make this property a better amd safe place to live. I would recommend this to my family and friends now!
