Portland Center Apartments

Moving out early From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/4/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   After living here for 6 months I had to call it quits. While the views are amazing and you cannot hear your neighbors due to concrete walls, there are more negatives than positives. The staff is incompetent to say the least, it takes at someone from 10-20 requests to get one thing done, if you even get it done. You are constantly dealing with a new person and your requests fall on deaf ears because they know as well as you do that you will never see them again. The windows, while there are many and they are large, are single paned, and do not ommit any heat, cold, or noise from the outside. There is a park below that drunks and homeless hang out at and they are very loud, not quite as loud as the construction that is right below and was going on for the ENTIRE duration of my stay here. Overall if you are an deaf slob you will love it here for you will not get any sleep or get anything fixed in this 40 year old builing! bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
