Portland Center Apartments

Overall a good experience From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/4/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   This place is a bit pricey but it's mostly worth it. The location alone made it for me. I walked to PSU, the riverfront, and all the other fun stuff downtown. Now that the trolly stops nearby it makes it easy to get to Powell's Books as well. The views are amazing...I was on the 23rd floor. The apartments are not new but are pretty well maintained. I never had any major problems. I did have some trouble using the elevator to move my stuff. Management was supposed to block it off just for me but they never did. Oh, parking is expensive. Overall though it was a fun place.
