My one bedroom is a fair value, but not quite worth the extra money. The view is awesome, and the huge balconies are great. The rest of the interior is fair, I thought the interiors would be nicer, especially for that price. My apartment can be noisy, even on the 14 floor (in the 111 bldg), and there is enough street noise at night that I have to sleep with ear plugs in. My truck has been broken into once, and my storage unit was broken into once, costing me hundreds of dollars. And this is a parking spot they want me to pay $90 a month for. Forget about finding a place for your guests to park. The cement walls do eliminate all noise from next-door neighbors, but upstairs noise still comes through. There are little problems here and there. Complaints handled very well. But the washing/drying machines are always busted! Water heater too small for 1 bedroom. You pay for everything, even water. My lease is up and they are raising my rent from $792 to $842 per month now, forget about it ... I'm outta there!
