getting the boot when your apartment turns condo! From: lostmyhometoacondo Date posted: 7/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   so it is true we are all getting the boot. All three buildings have been sold and they are going to turn them all into condos. Thanks office staff for letting your tenants know what was going on. Once my lease is up i will have to move again. Its just like what happened to all the people at University Park. One day you have a home and the next you are out on the street.
