Portland Center Apartments

Location comes at a cost... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/1/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   We love the location of the apartment and generally we love living here. BUT...management is less than desirable. They leave harassing notes under your door that you have to go get cleared at the office. They say one thing then do another. It makes you feel as if they would rather boot you out than to keep you. We are very easy going tenants but after only 60 days of living there we were considering moving out...only because of the manager. Just be warned...if you want to live here you will have to do battle with management over the simplest of things.
