This place is nice. The turnover is really high who will be my neighbor next week' Quail ridge can't keep a manager for more than a few months this can be irritating if you want anything fixed or just need to see a manager. close to the school and at a reasonable price someone needs to send Princeton properties a wake up on the issue of availability.

I agree. Maintenance is a real issue. Takes months and several maintenance requests to get anything done. Manager now is not available on a regular basis. Never know what her hours are. She is young hopefully she gets better in time..... If I live here much longer.

I have lived at quail ridge now for 4 months I have to say I love it we have a manager that is on top of things She is very much a hard and dedicated worker. I plan to continue to live here its a great and friendly comminity
