The only positive thing about this place is the low price. Otherwise, it is not a great place to live. The noise from Barbur Blvd. is loud all day, especially at night. The manager is non-responsive and sometimes rude. The laundry room is often closed because of vandalism. Appliances are old.
The apartments themselves are decently sized, but the kitchens are small and not conducive to cooking.
The area is convenient, as far as being close to shopping and major transportation routes. It is easy to get to the city, but far enough away that you lose all Portland charm and find yourself lost in the not-so-wonderful suburbs. Otherwise the neighborhood stinks, there is no atmosphere and neighbors are not very friendly.
