DIAMOND IN THE RUFF!! IT"S A LIE~ RUN FORREST RUN!

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! The apartment manager refers to these units as a diamond in the ruff. This place is no longer a diamond but a home to sec8, drug users and people whom dont follow the rules including managment. There was a garage that was rented out her to make and distribute meth! There are gang bangers that live hear that deal and do drugs out in the open! Kids are told not to play in the parking lot but continue to do so with no consequences including management and her kids. The apartment manager is never avaialble she is running a daycare out of her home and just working this postion as it follows around her husbands busy college schedule. They never fix anything correctly! Management does have occasional get to know your neighbor functions, it is all a fascade as she does not care and doesnt do her job. She is never avaialble and sometimes works 5 hour days and takes 2 hour lunches. If you get a package from FEDEX or UPS and if they deliver it to the manager while you are out you had better hope that they leave a note on your door and it doesnt fall of or the neighbor take it as she will not call you to tell you that she has it!! There is also only onparking spot per unit! DONT PARK YZOUR CAR ON THE STREET UNLESS YOU WANT IT HIT OR BROKEN INTO!! Also you hear gunshots from police and others all the time!! NOT SAFE!!

This is all very true info on this apartment and I agree on all isssues. I have ants covered in my apartment and I am avery clean person. Also managment is NEVER available!! People are loud, loud music, and take live towards the front as it is even worse and you hear gunshots all the time and car chases etc.. A METH house was busted right next to the complex. The cops came at 4:00 am and blew the doors off!! ALL the car alarms went off in the neighboorhood, needless to say I was up for the day since I get up a 6:00 am for work!! Hardley anyone in hte complex has a job!!
