Not bad if you are in a pinch

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1997
I lived in this apartment for almost 2 years. The walls are pretty thin, and the tennants can range from unusual to the downright strange. The management is very nice and helpful though. The place is kept up very well which is a nice bonus. The average room is around 250sq.ft. If you can ask for a room with an eastern view, it is breathtaking. All the others suck big time.
Easy access to all the busses and highways of portland.
Although if you own a car, you might think about living somewhere else. Absolute parking hell.
