Its a great location, especially for students who dont drive, but I think its just time that this building come down and be rebuilt, too many remodels have left nooks and crannies for pest and pipe problems to breed. Great water pressure, but I like high pressure. I've never run out of hot water, never, the bigger issue is that it can be really hot right out of the faucet, watch your fingers and let the tub run before flipping to the shower!!
If you are someone who loves to cook, this is not the place for you. cooking for one is possible, but and many more people and you'll be eating out way too much!
Management has been very responsive when they could be, but they seem unable to do anything about the cockroach problem. I've been told that my apartment is one with the fewest problems, and that quite frankly makes me terrified to think what the others are like. With an immaculate kitchen I'd get bugs everyother day, I put traps out, and some of those ultrasonic bug repellers, if they are working, I'm scared. Usually its little ones, about the size of ants, but at night the big ones come out. I woke up to one on my neck the other night.

This tenants comments are exaggerated, you create an envoirnment that makes a nice home for them or not. The cleaniness of a particular tenant or lack of may be a driving force for whatever is an ailing condition. I have lived here for years and have never had any but I keep a spotless place and do not leave food out for them to eat or garbage for them to enjoy. Hello! clean clean clean your apartment...

Perhaps you should keep your comments to yourself, vocalicious. Your comments make one suspect that you are either the owner or management and are trying to cover your ass. Granted cleanliness is an issue in all places but pest control can only be taken so far on an individual level. Good places fumigate the WHOLE of their property for pest control on a scheduled basis.
