We have been looking for a place downtown that could feel like home for an extended time. We came across this historic building built in the 1930's and fell in love. We downsized from a 1230 Sq Ft apartment to our cozy 400 Sq Ft and I bet we couldn't find another place like this one. Hardwood floors, no pet fees and truly the only noise you hear from your neighbors comes either from open windows or through your front door. The walls are made of REAL building materials and are great at muffling the sounds. Sure, we have to hunt for parking, typically that is not an issue, besides, who can't use a little more excersize in their life' All in all, if you have a clue about apartment living and especially in downtown, you will go in with your eyes open and will either find the Villa Rena your new home, or you will keep looking. Best of luck! K

Lived here years ago and I promise you I never would have learned to parallel park if I weren't forced to, on a hill, in an old Delta 88. Even tho our window looked out onto our neighboring building, I never felt claustrophobic because, guess what, I knew about it going in! All part of city living. I LOVED the Rena Villa!
