I've read the other reviews, and they over express the awful things, and under express the great things. Its close to everything. The farthest away i've ever had to park was 2 blocks, unless you count when it snowed, then i parked like 20 blocks, but it wasnt bad. my car didnt get hit. You live on a hill, and that kind of sucks coming up from the grocery store, but it really makes you rethink getting a half gallon of ice cream. The manager is very attentive, and gets things fixed right away. Our electricity bill is NEVER over $22.00. Neighbors are friendly for the most part, and the apartments have a very very "home" type feeling about them. I would reccomend these apartments to anyone!
