I lived there for one year, but I hated it. Especially, there are so many huge families with a lot of uncontrolled kids. They damaged my car and they even play balls in the hallway which drove me crazy. Laundry were always full, I can hear snoring from the next door.
I used to live in a unit which faced trees. That blocks all the sunshine, no natural lights at all. Very dark!!!!! The swimming pool (actually it's not a swimming pool, it's just a big bath tub! very small) was not maintained well, bubbles on the top of the water. Also, it's SUPER HOT in the summer. Only what I liked was... it has an affordable price.
