I have lived in 7 apartment communities in the last 8 years throughout Oregon, Washington and California. This was my absolute favorite place out of all of them. I've also lived in more than one Trammel Crow run community, they are all top notch and this was no different. If I hadn't had to move again, I would be living there still. The staff (office and maintenance) were always extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Everything was well kept up and cared for. Parking in any downtown is a challenge and the location does not allow for guest parking. To accomodate the residents, the office offers great deals for the local parking garage for our guests which was a very fair solution. Everyone I met who lived in the community were friendly and seemed to enjoy living there - people always held the door open for each other when coming in from the garage and safety mattered as it was a secured building and residents did not just hold the door open for strangers, they shut the door behind them and waited for the guests to be buzzed up by the appropriate person that they were visiting. Overall, it was a GREAT experience and it's a fantastic area to live in down by the water.
