I have lived in many apartments all over the U.S. and this place is one of the best. I live in the townhomes and have had no problems at all. I have my own garage to park my car in and I can never hear my neighbors at all. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful. And the maitenance staff is just as good, any workorders have been fixed the same day. Plus you cannot beat the location numerous resteraunts right around the corner and only a few blocks from downtown, tough to beat for the size and cost.

I looked at most of the apartments downtown and even the Pearl and they might be a little bit fancier but parking is a nightmare and your space is cramped. I would definantly reccomend checking out this place if you want to live downtown.
