Staff sucks...get in trouble for EVERYTHING

This place is a rip-off if you are under forty!
The walls are paper thin and yuppy neighbors complain about the slightest creak. Residents have no reason to be yuppy due to the LOW rent prices and crappy staff.

I have been evicted after only two months of my lease without valid reasonings or prior warnings. Watch out especially for the property manager; I believe her name is Melanie or Jennifer.

Also, pet deposit is unreasonable. I have a small dog and was required to pay $700 to have him and none of it turned out to be refundable.

Be aware and think twice before looking at this hell hole! The construction that surrounds EVERY angle of the property will also get on your nerves.
