Riverplace Square

I love living in Riverplace Square From: bufo Date posted: 3/9/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I live in a townhome and it's great. I don't hear my neighbors and my apt is lovely. The office staff is always friendly and responsive as is maintenance. They usually come out the same day and didn't ever complain when I dropped nail polish down my toilet and it stopped it up. They came at 10pm to fix it for my stupidity. For those who don't like it, it could be your attitude since I've had no problem. Its a perfect location. I can walk downtown and to the waterfront. My only complaint is parking for guests, but that is a problem with living downtown. Also, I would like them to have a few apt activities since I don't know my neighbors.
