We live in a townhome and the walls are paper thin, we can hear our neighbors all the time. Be careful when throwing away your garbage because you may hit a bum that is in the container since the facilities are not locked. A lot of promises were made when we moved in last year to replace broken screens, clean the deck and to replace the garage door that have yet to be done. Much too expensive of a place to live for absolutely NO amenities. also, the parkign situation is terrible. People need to pay to park and that can cost up toe $16.00 for a few hours!!! I live in a town home too, Just walk around and take a look at all the empty apartments. The walls are so thin I can here the toilet flush thru the wall (no joke)
