At least I moved in when the elevator was operational. But it's been broken ever since!!! The laundry room has a section blocked off where the water leaks in when it's raining. They lost one of my over $100 packages. At one point I was sending packages to a friend for fear of them losing more... oh but no worries there, they have a new paper tracking system. It's better but I still wouldn't trust it with all the packages just laying around by the office. The coffee downstairs sucks and is empty most of the time. For the money we pay I'd expect some sort of computer room or printer/fax we can use. There is none. Office staff can be helpful when you prod them.

Don't move here. It looks nice and modern but it's not constructed well at all.

I had the same issue with packages! Twice I went in and asked for a package only to be told my wife already picked it up, even though she had not. I realized eventually that they have no process for organizing packages, so it ended up making it difficult for staff to go back and grab the packages, so they would try to convince you it's already picked up so you end up coming back when another person is in the leasing office and they will have to deal with it.. Beware! Nothing nice to say about this complex. Before you move in, talk to at least one person that lives here. You won't get a positive response.

You forgot to mention the horrible cleaning staff! One morning I discovered that someone threw up in the hallway on the second floor. I reported it to management with the hopes that something would be done. The vomit was left there for over a day and it smelled up the whole hallway. Really great management team at riverplace. I guess you can't expect much from a group of high school grads that rent out apartments for a living..........
