Riverplace Square

This place is falling apart! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/25/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   I have been at Riverplace for 3 years and I want out RIGHT NOW! I loved the building at first, but now, the building is falling apart and the management staff doesn't seem to care too much. The elevator has been broken 7 months, the garage door always gets stuck and won't open, the walls are thin, poor upkeep of the courtyards, broken washer & dryers, broken workout equipment.....the list goes on and on! The girls in the office are friendly, but they are never willing to work with you or help out. Last night I discovered mice in my apartment. I brought my discoverey to the office and the response was: "Oh...that is too bad." I'm done with this place. I have two months left on my lease and I'm going to go ahead and cancel my lease early to pay the penalties and be done with this place. The location is great, the building is terrible. Do yourself a favor and AVOID RIVERPLACE SQUARE! Also, all of the positive reviews on this site are not written by residents, they are written by the management staff.
