I recently viewed the Riverplace Apartments and really liked what I saw, especially the location. I filled out an application, but was never contacted whether I was approved or not. I had to call the office myself and found out I was approved. I was very excited to move into the apartments, but after reading the reviews on this website, I was hesitant. So I made an appointment to stop by and talk to the office to get answers to the concerns people posted on this site. I made an appointment with -------, then showed up to my appointment to find out she was off that day. -----was not at all interested in helping me, in fact told me he didn't have access to -------'s files. He didn't even acknowledge that I had an appointment, and made no attempt to answer any of my questions. There was complete attitude in the air, and this confirmed my worries of what I've read. I took the time to make an appointment, and for what' ------- never called me, but after I called and left her a message that I was concerned of the communication and to withdraw my interest in the apartment, she seemed to ignore the message and called to try to set up an appointment to sign the lease. I can't believe the miscommunication and lack of assistance from the office. I can't imagine paying for a rent at such an expense and never have follow through. What if I needed maintenance, or some other concern. I am not at all interested in signing a lease with this place due to their lack of management.

I can't confirm your experience. In fact, I find that everyone in the office is as friendly and helpful and professional as I expect. Also, in my experience maintenance has also be quick to respond, very quick. The only trouble with maintenance is if you have a list of 5 items or more, one of them might be missed.

Wow. I know the office is disorganized and disinterested, but I thought they put up a show for potential renters! I guess they're not even bothering to do that anymore.
