1. the management is not customer friendly (rude, lack of etiqute, or any follow up)
2. the elevator on one side does not work and on the other side it is out of order frequently (walking 4-5 flights) for older individuals is not good; or if you are wheelchair bound
3. the laundry area is not working
4. water comes out of the pipes in the underground parking
This place should be paying me to "live" here.
5. The location is ideal but with all these day to day problems and attitude it is NOT A PLACE TO RENT OR EVEN LOOK AT.
6. I have lived here over one year and don't have money to move or I would in 2 seconds.
7. the excercise room is not available

Yeah this place is falling apart, we should contact ODHS to do an inspection on the mold, I was told they are remodeling that is why the caution tapes are up...more lies I guess.
