My experience has been a good one since I've moved here. Some of my friends wondered if I would have difficulty with service at a larger community but I have experienced the exact opposite.
My contacts with the office to either request maintenance or pay rent have been rather personable and any problems with my apartment are fixed right away. I don't know alot of my neighbors but the neighbors right next to my apartment are nice people.

People are respectful around the basketball court too, which I'm glad for. Most nights all I hear are the crickets.

I am glad its affordable most times you have to sacrifice a good experience for affordable. I did in the last complex I lived.
