This place seemed really nice when I toured it. Boy, did things change after moveing in. I was shown an apartment that was really nice, and told mine was going to be the same. The apartment I got was nowhere near the same. It was dirty any needed a long list of repairs. I had to wait over 3 months to have some repairs made, including getting running water in the bathroom. ALL of the appliances needed to be replaced at one time or another. The police are at the complex on a daily basis. I was told the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna were 24hrs. After living here for a year, the pool was NEVER open, and the gym was only open during office hours (9am to 6pm). The neighbors (more than just one)were slobs, with junk spilling off of their deck onto the grounds. The garbage area was always a disaster, somtimes with garbage stacked 6 feet high and spilling out the front of a 20'x20' fenced off area. There was also a serious problem with people clean up after their pets. Also, at any time of day or night, there were small children playing in the parking lot unattended. Finding a parking spot was impossiabe after 7pm, as several broken down RV's are taking up the few spots. The management was often rude and unhelpful.
