first the rent is very fair, the management is awesome, and the maintenance has been great I will miss this place, the only problem are the kids who seem to run wild mostly due to working parents who cannot be available, and cultural differences in responsibilities, my building is awesome I took a place close to the office and I love the comradery of my immediate neihbors.

I agree the management is awesome they have so much compassion for the residents and the maintenance works so very hard for us.And there always here when we have something go wrong.Its the residence that needs to tell them when they need something fixed before it gets bad.I love it here also.Is a great place if just the residents would take responsabilty for there own stuff.The residence do let there children go and there pets ,some of them not all.The residents need to pitch in take care of our community also and take pride in where we live.
