There are too many things that suck in this craphole to list. But one of the only good things was the amount of big, beautiful trees. But now, the idiots who own/run this place just had close to 50 trees cut down around the complex, some of them over 70 feet tall. The trees they spared have all been cut back severely. Why' There are two reasons.

The first is laziness. The maintenance people people never clean out the gutters, which would then overflow. The overflow would spill ontoi the ground below, washing away layers and layers of soil until the roots were so exposed to the open that the tree became a hazard. So, because the people who are supposed to maintain this cesspool are too lazy to do their jobs, almost 50 trees had to die.

The other reason is that they're going to be painting the complex this summer. That is the equivalent to putting lipstick on a pig. The place is in such disrepair that spending thousands on the outside is like the idiot that gets his car painted even though it keeps breaking down.

Unless you literally have nowhere else to go, run away form this place as fast as you can.

You are a Idiot,Not THE MANAGEMENT,They have so much compassion for people and work there tails off everyday.They had to cut the trees because the other management let it go.This managemnt is on it trying to clean up the garbage from all the Residences being lazy.The residence dont pick up after there own dogs and dont even put there garbage in the dumpster,BOY, Now whos LAZY.I VE LIVED HERE SINCE 1999 AND THERE MAKING A BIG DIFFERNCE.I would love to see the residence here pick up after there dogs,keep them on a leash throw there barbage in the dunpters actucally.We need good residence in here instead,and then we would have a good place to live.Its a awesome place to live.I would recomend it. But really screen the residents.

Learn to spell and construct a proper sentence before calling people idiots, retard. And the gutters still haven't been cleaned. They've painted the -------- and even painted the parking lot but the gutters have weeds growing out of them. I'm sure this place is nice compared to the places you've lived before this, but to most people, it's a cesspool.
