Do you maybe think that it is the combination of the staff and the residents. In my experience there the residents above and below me were obviously taking part in illegal activity (in front of their kids). Not to mention the loud noises, parties, no parking, roomates getting into fights and me having to call the police at 2 am and/or the next morning. Hmmm, does this sound like a quality apartment that you want to live in' Regardless on if the staff is fixing it, couldn't they screen their applicants a little more' Residents are the face of the apartments, and if you want to live around these type of people, by all means rent at Riverwood Heights.
Watch out for the current management as well. They are very shady and don't live up to the deals they advertise. Break down of expenses:
Pet: Be careful, there is a deposit AND a fee...they didn't tell us that until we had already gotten a pet.
Rent: the rent is 735 but they make you pay an extra 26 dollars for w/s/g

Parking: if you want a covered parking spot it is an extra 25 dollars per month, otherwise you will likely have to park in visitors parking (feel safe walking to your apartment in the dark in Tigard)

The residents I feel very sorry for they blame everyone but them for there mistakes.Ive lived here since 1999 and moved because the residents are taking over and harrasing the old timers the people that have made riverwood there home for years.I could not go out side without being harrased from the residents because I turned there dog in for being off its leash and them not picking up after there dog and I was harrased from then on.Take responsabilty and quit blamming it will come back to you ten full.The management and maintenance work very hard and have made a big difference they need to weed out people that has moved in there that try to take over and ruin others lives because there so unhappy.Im going to miss my home there but not the residents I feel for you people your sad,quit blamming,take responsabilty for your part,grow up.

I'm starting to think babydoll works for Riverwood. Perhaps that stupid Hag Denise that works in the leasing office?
