I have to say i personally havent had any management problems here at all. I really see most of the problems with the tenants and fire alarm system. Atleast two nights a week the police are in front of my building for who knows what. When i first moved here earlier in the year it was even worse. The parking is horrible but i do have to say ive seen quite a few people towed for illegal parking...so kudos to the towing company. Though parking is horrible in any apartment complex. Another issue is the fire alarm system. Occasionally it will go off through out your whole building and nothing can be done till the management comes to turn it off. One time in specific it went off for well over an hour. enough time to cause permanent ear damage to my 1 yr old daughter and dog if left exposed the whole time. Be careful to not get an apartment with the firebox where your storage is. you will not be discounted for the lack of storage. so you pay the same but get less....how does that work to be fair'
anyways the list could go on for awhile but needless to say it was the worst experience ive had as a tenant but not as a result of management.
