things were great at first but then neibors started being loud all hours of the night.
parking is crap! residents are mostly the troubled type! then they got rid of denise ek, big mistake!!! she was the best part of living here!!!!!! but now its just the villa over here in tigard:(

Couldn't agree more! The children, and there seem to be thousands of them, are completely out of control. The noise level is extreme. There is trash and garbage all over the grounds all the time. The workout room equipment is mostly broken. And Denise is greatly missed!!!
