The apartment itself isn't bad...not wonderful but not bad. But the noise! And the filth outside! Unsupervised children run around and scream...and I do mean scream...whenever school is out and well after dark. Garbage and trash litter the grounds. TVs and music blast often and management seems unable to cope with any of this. Other tenants have told me that they, too, can't stand the noise level. Parking is horrible. There are two pools, one indoors and one outside, but they are tiny little things. The workout room is frequently locked and the equipment, with a couple of exceptions, is often broken. I've moved, and life is much better now.
