I moved into my apartment on a Sunday. The next morning my boyfriends car was gone. It had been towed in the middle of the night. We had been there one night!!! The Management staff did nothing to help us out, except say they sympathized, but couldn't offer to do anything for us, except call the towing company and have them give us a small discount!! DISCOUNT'' We spent a ton of money to move into the apts and we had to come up with another $200 to get the car out of jail. BEWARE!! There is absolutely NO VISITOR PARKING!!!! And there are a ton of empty parking spaces that ARE NOT numbered AND HAVE NO signage on them. Management will overlook telling you that when you sign the lease!! The towing company patrols the parking lot 24/7 and they will tow you in a matter of minutes REGARDLESS!!! If you don't have a permit on your car, you are screwed!!!!! Turn the car around and bolt!! We weren't helped out by management. We are sadly disappointed!!

I haven't lived here very long, but as for the towing policy I was thoroughly informed of it all upon signing my lease. It is very easy to get a temp. permit for friends/family as well - just walk into the office and ask for one. Also, there is visitor parking near the office - granted, not much at all, but there is some.

This facility will offer you all types of deals to move in because they know they will make up the difference on towing fees.
In the last six months my family has spent $650 in towing fees, only $250 (which is still way to high) that was legit (had the parking permit but it was in the apartment rather than the vehicle).
There are very few "visitor" spaces available. It is a large complex and if you are stopping only for a short time to drop something off, you don't want to have to park 1/2 mile away. But according to the tow truck driver it doesn't matter if it is only 30 seconds.
This is the first time I??ve heard of a temporary permit. That would have helped when my daughter when she came to stay with her niece and nephew so her brother could take his wife to the birthing center to have their baby. She thought she was parking in the visitor??s section. But, no and, ding-ding, another $250 down the drain!!!
What these drivers do is patrol the area looking for these types of situations. As soon as you are gone, they have you hooked up and they are gone. I wonder how much of a kick back the drivers get because they are very aggressive.
