I moved in back in the beginning of January and so far things have been good... Parking IS a pain, but there's nothing management can really do about that. Our washing machine broke over the weekend and was replaced in a matter of days - the maintenance crew is really nice and they seem on top of things. There are a lot of kids running around, but I haven't noticed noise level out of control and frankly I'm comforted if people feel safe enough to let their kids run around. Management has been really nice and will definitely work with you when it comes to paying deposits/rent. In our building anyway, there are a lot of residents who have tendancies to leave trash outside their door which I find repulsive but what can you do'
