Apartments are old, needing many repairs. Baseboard heaters take up most of all wall space fireplace does not really work and takes up a lot of space. Water comes out of faucets brown. Water bill is $75 a month no matter how much you use. The staff is overbearing and callous. My car has been broken into 5 times in 18 months . Car break ins are frequent and almost all of the neighbors I have spoken with have similar stories of thefts .Two of my neighbors cars were stolen and never recovered. The apartments claim to have security which we never see even when called. The grounds maintanence has really gone downhill, the grass is swampy, they do not pick up the leaves and branches
