My experience at these apartments wasn't the best. There is no front door to your apartment, its more like a hotel.(Reminds me of "The Shining". There is a garbage shute on each floor which is reletivelty convenient. In each building there is a laundry room, but I would recommend waiting and watching your clothes, as I had articles stolen when I did not. The apartment itself is okay. Very modern cabinetry,floors, new carpet. The bathroom is large and there is ample closet space.My main problem came with the management. I was called once and asked to turn down the tv (which was not even on) On another occasion the tenent upstairs was having a party and someone knocked on my door to ask me to turn the music down (I was sleeping) Each time, I received a notice on my door. When I called to management in regards to the problem, they were very rude to me. A male manager basically told I shouldn't be taking a shower when I come home from work at 2am, because I will wake people up. (I work in a restaurant, no showers after can be yucky) They are sticklers for the rules, understandable, but they need to loosen up a little bit. I was babysitting 2 young girls at the pool (you are only allowed 2 guests) and the mgmt. gave me a hard time when their dad came to pick them up. Not allowed more than 2 guests. Loosen up! They will also keep a huge chunk of your security deposit for basic normal wear. I was happy to leave!
