cheap, but you get what you pay for...

Apartments were average, but on the older side. The grounds are nice, the ponds and fountains are a nice touch, and they have a large pool and good fitness room. Prices are reasonable, but not amazing.
However noise is a big problem, it's right next to a highway and a fire station. There are a lot of problems with break-ins, so park away from the street, and don't leave anything in your car! The staff seemed to less friendly to minorities. For example usually prefering to speak to a white person when in mixed company, and ignoring the others. Nothing major, but you feel unwelcome.
I had a couple maintaince problems, but had them fixed quickly. The groundskeeper is a nice guy, make up for the rest of the staff.
Overall not a bad experience, but there are better apartments out there.
