Cons: Noisy, halls smell bad, misleading contract, property manager unwilling to listen.

I enjoyed how there was plenty of parking and they kept the grounds decently clean. But the cons in this one out way the good to make this an awful place to live. The biggest con is the contract, and the property manger not willing to listen. I left the place spotless and even had a professional come in and carpet clean my carpets, yet on my $12.00 ??refund?? check the cleaning checklist stated they had to carpet clean and repaint all my walls due to them being ??DIRTY??. I kept the place in tip top shape, nothing against any walls, nor anything on the walls and always removed my shoes at the door. The place was as clean as when I moved in. I have photos to prove how clean it was left.(email me) I was told by the property manager that I only got such a little refund because they had to come in and clean, which is untrue and by the end of the conversation the property manager told me that if the hired cleaner comes in and finds one thing wrong they do a complete clean of the whole place even if it doesn't need it. In my case the thing that I didn't get was the top of the fan blade which had some light dust which was marked off as being dirty. Thus snowballing into having to do a entire cleaning of the place. Moral : If you move in be sure to leave it filthy you will pay for it in the end no matter what, even the property manager agreed with me on this then hung up on me. The best part about this was the property manager told me that they no matter what keep all the money if your there for ??x?? amount of time and they don't give refunds. Well my question which he wouldn't answer was why did you give me a 12.00 refund then' No response, then the above comment and hang up.. He goes back and forth on what even he believes.
Stay away from this place you'd have better luck living in a box.
