Most of the things that I read in the other negative reviews I have experienced myself! The apartment it was infested with fleas. When we complained to management we were told to vacuum the apartment everyday for two weeks and that they would call someone out to exterminate the place. They did call someone, but the problem was not solved. We ended up having to "bomb" the place ourselves, which finally took care of the fleas. Our brand new car was broken into and all the contents stolen, the water bill is WAY more than what we were told to expect, and management is rather unhelpful when we complain about problems. The water has been turned off several times for maintainence purposes without notification. The only good things are the parking, the pool, and the maintainence personnel. Avoid if possible.
