Would not wish this on my worst enemy

I have been living at Rock Creek for almost 2years. In those two years I have never dealt with so much incompetence in all my life. The staffs at Rock Creek don t give a crap about you or the condition you live the only thing they care about is if you get your rent in on time.
Here is one of many examples of the B.S. I had to deal with. My upstairs neighbor flooded the toilet on her second story the water went down to her first floor and in to my apartment below hers. I had ------ water leaking out of my walls and on to my carpet. When I went to get the help they almost would not let me in the door because it was 15min before the offices closed and they already locked the doors. When I explained what had happened the maintenance supervisor acted as if it was my fault with a pissy attitude and did not send some one out to clean the mess for 2 hours.

That was just one of many.
