While my stay at the appts. for the past two and a half years has been somewhat pleasent. The grounds were always kept up, while the buildings, well they got what they needed, instead of kept up, so unless the portion of the building is failing it wont get attention.
While the rent kept increasing, as well as utillitys, and the building matience went down, one must thretten moving befor getting breakes in rent.
Uppon moving out recently the charges taken against the deposit were kinda astronomical, over half of the deposit was taken, and in a prestine appt, well without getting into detail, a longer term resedient should not have to well replace everything that wasnt new to begin with, as well as mold growing, lack of ventalation from fans, base board heat, and single pain windows, sound traviling through walls, this might be a place for you, but if not id consider moving elsewhere.
