I have been here for 6 months, and the MAintenace is super.. very prompt and friendly.
the grounds are very clean and pleasant. I have heardfrom other tenants that management is mean . I have yet to encounter that.. i admit they are strict on the rules but I never hear parties going on or any other disturbances.
the pool is amazing, the apt are clean. the only thing this complex lacks is a hot tub... But Im not complaining.
