I have been at Rock Creek for two years now and love it. The maintenance is always kept up on. The grounds keeping/landscaping is flawless and I love the fitness center. We do have our parking issues from time to time but there is always a space open even if it is in a different lot. The tenants are polite and courtious of their neighbors. In the past we had some noise issues but those tenants have moved and there have been no further issues.
On the down side our electric bill is pretty high for an apt. The maintenance guy gave us a new thermostat which helped alot for the heat in the winter(it is still high though) but if you need to run the air in the summer it really isn't that expensive at all.

One or two people in the office staff can be some what rude on some issues,such as posting notes about your personal business on your door for public view, but for the most part everyone is friendly and willing to give service with a smile. If you are a tenant who is noisy or pays late on rent they tend to not be as nice, but that is to be expected anywhere.

I think that over all if you want a nice place to live with all of the basic amenaties for a low price this is the place to be.
