every Monday and Thursday trush picked at 6am,this make me feel like earthquake came. I asked staff about noise before move in, he said this apartment is quite. I can tell where a person be at up stairs.
washers are so duty. I'm sure you don't want to wash your cloths. I asked staff to clean up. it stays forever. only when you pay money, they might smile at you.

This resident can't even write English properly. I personally would take this review with a grain of salt. Improper sentence structure and misspelled words all over the damn place. This guy is a moron.

I have lived here since 1993 and have never had a problem with management or property. If I had a problem to be fixed - it was fixed within a day or two, depending on the problem. The Management is always curtious and helpful. If you need anything just let them know and it will be fixed. There is 24 hr maintenance and Security. Safe, very quiet and beautiful. Unfortunately the trash has to be taken care of on a regular basis. They do this very quickly. I have NEVER heard of "mold" at Rock Creek 185! You have to report any problem as soon as you detect it. Always looks new because they take care of everything. Nothing is ever let go to pot. It's like living in the middle of a garden. I love it here!!
