Overpriced, horrible maintenance and management company!

Elevator is unsafe and gets stuck monthly. The floor of the elevator has NEVER been level with the floor of the hallway so, beware when entering and exiting the elevator or you might trip. KBC has raised the prices DRAMATICALLY since they took over from Harsch Properties. Harsch Properties was an excellent management company, but when the building was sold, the owner wanted KBC management which is on track to raise rental rates in the NW significantly. It took management months to replace the faulty front lobby door which was difficult to open after buzzing a guess in. Ocassionaly, I would have to come downstairs and have to let them in myself. Insulation is poor, building temparture is at the mercy of the manager - it is always too hot or too cold and the water pipes that heat the building occasionally break down or are cranked up too high. In the winter time you will find tenants with there windows open because it is unbearably hot! The management takes forever to respond to calls and is not a very personable. The location is great and the views are pretty cool. But, that's about it. I am much, much happier where I live now - NOT at the Rose Plaza! k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
