DON'T LIVE HERE! Easily one of the most frustrating place to live ever. On top of the problems with the actual building (including the constantly breaking elevator, the leaky windows, broken sinks and the stove that can hardly boil water) the management of the building is terrible. I found the actual building manager to be a nice guy, but KBC management seems to make decisions without regard for the well being of their tenants. A couple examples: They wanted to repaint and re-carpet the stairwell and then the elevator broke. They went ahead with the stairwell work anyway leaving us to walk through and around the painters and carpeting guys every time we had to leave for almost a week. Also, it happened that the date our lease ended fell in the middle of another bout of planned elevator repair (seeing a trend') we were lucky enough to find out about the repairs ahead of time from one of the electricians working on drilling new lights into the concrete walls (This is n enormously noisy job that took weeks and and they worked through the weekends, waking us all at about 8:30 on sat and sun mornings) and were able to get our lease date changed but had we not found out almost accidentally from an outside source, the only other notice they gave came 3 days before the elevator repairs began which would have left us no time at all to figure out an alternative date to move out. I have even more issues with this place but I think that's enough. DON'T LIVE HERE!
